First Home Builders to Join 2015 Parade of Homes

Gauging from initial response, this year’s Parade of Homes is sure to be another resounding success.  Twelve early bird Denver home builders ranging from custom builders to national builders are the first to sign on for the 2015 Denver Parade of Homes.  Joining the Parade are: Bello Custom Homes, Copperleaf Homes, DR Horton, GJ Gardner Homes, KB Home, Lennar Homes, Lokal Homes, Meritage Homes, Shea Homes, Sopris Homes, Summit Legend and TRI Pointe Homes.

The announcement was made today by Cortney Ridens, 2015 Chair of the Parade of Homes and Regional Marketing Director at Meritage Homes.

The 2015 Denver Parade of Homes will be free and open to the public from August 13 through Labor Day (September 7). This year’s Parade anticipates showcasing more than 70 new, never-lived-in homes located throughout the greater Denver metropolitan area.

Ridens said “The Parade is a great way for potential home buyers and anyone interested in getting new ideas. We’re expecting more than 100,000 visitors this year who will be anxious to see the latest in decorating trends, or are looking for what’s new in architectural design, or interested in checking out new neighborhoods. The Parade is an easy and free way to explore great new homes on your own timetable.”

Ridens added that more builders will be announced later as well as more details about the 2015 Denver Parade of Homes.
