HBA Innovations Summit Announces Speaker Lineup for 2018 Event
 
February Event Highlights Leadership Through Change

The 2018 HBA Innovations Summit, hosted by the HBA of Metro Denver, will kick off Friday, Feb. 9, at the Seawell Ballroom in Denver, with talks by an inspired change leader, a foresight strategist, and a steward of positive workplace culture at Zillow, one of Glassdoor’s 2018 Best Places to Work. The event, which takes place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is open to the public, will highlight how individuals and companies can embrace change and leverage trends for future success. 

In its inaugural year, the 2018 HBA Innovations Summit will feature: 
  • Courtney Ferrell, Founding Partner, (life): Choreographed Inspiration for Business Leaders – Recognized by Oprah as an inspired change agent in the world of ideas, creativity and innovation, Ferrell has worked as a creative catalyst to top companies, such as Mattel, Colgate-Palmolive, NBC, Nike, Discovery Channel and McGraw Hill. 
     
  • Renee Labbe, Creative Foresight Strategist and Consultant to Boral Roofing – An accomplished strategist and trend forecaster, Labbe uses a unique blend of predictive analytics, consumer insights and industry experience to help brands in architectural and related industries reach their long-term goals.
     
  • Gregory Davis, General Manager, Denver, Zillow Group – A longtime Zillow Group team member, Greg understands the importance and value of a strong and innovative corporate culture. With 15+ years in the real estate industry, Gregory will share how a heavy focus on innovation and positive corporate culture can lead to the success of a company and its employees. 
     
  • Jeff McGovern, President of Colorado Division, William Lyon Homes – McGovern, a veteran of Denver’s home-building industry, will act as emcee for the event. A division president of one of the largest Western U.S. regional home builders, McGovern is known for his humorous style and ability to engage an audience.
