Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D. often called the “stand-up economist” was the keynote speaker at the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver’s Annual Meeting held in October.  Dr. Eisenberg is a nationally acclaimed economist and public speaker known for poking fun at the arcana and minutia of economics. “I talk about economics without boring you to death,” he says. 

At the meeting, Dr. Eisenberg referenced compelling data he was compiling regarding the Denver housing market.  Denver Business Journal Reporter, Molly Armbrister references the resulting study titled, "Driving a Vibrant Economy: Housing's Role in Colorado's Economic Success" in her article for the December 8th, DBJ.
