And the final award of the night for Community of the Year goes to Stepping Stone, by Shea Homes

More than 500 industry professionals attended the “Rock it like Rio” themed awards ceremony to cheer on their peers, and celebrate the best of the best within the home building industry’s sales and marketing arena. In addition to the lively entertainment enjoyed by all, those who attended the event witnessed the best of community planning, architecture, interior design, advertising, promotions, and sales from the industry's finest professionals. 

 

Becky Hunt, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lokal Homes and 2015 MAME Chairperson shared, "We had more than 200 entries, over 150 finalists, and 40 plus winners who introduced fresh marketing campaigns, as well as innovative architectural and interior design that showcased trend-setting new home product." Becky further noted, "We also recognized the construction and office personnel who work behind the scenes and are instrumental in building and representing the wonderful array of housing products throughout Metro Denver."

 

Among the many awards presented that evening, the Legend Awards honored two prominent leaders. Lita Dirks, of Lita Dirks & Co, and Doris Pearlman, of Possibilities for Design, Inc., were each honored for a lifetime of achievement within the home building industry. Each individual has contributed endless hours of time and talent to making a positive impact to the industry at large, both locally and nationally, over the last 30 years. 

 

Angela Harris, Sales and Marketing Council Chairperson and President of Trio Environments states, "The MAME Awards program provides the perfect venue to acknowledge the many talented home builders and associates in our market.
