The ranch-style and two-story home designs offer a diverse selection of open entertaining spaces which flow seamlessly from one room to the next. Homes feature outdoor space on each level, and impressive master suites with oversized showers and built-in coffee bars. Homeowners have the ability to add additional spaces to fit their needs and can also choose to customize their appliances and cabinetry. The homes feature 2,361 – 5,265 square feet of living space with options for 2-6 bedrooms, and over-sized 3-car garages. Home prices start in the upper $400,000’s to lower $500,000’s.

Epic Homes are designed by award-winning KGA Architects, Louisville, Colo., with interior design by award-winning TRIO Environments, Denver, Colo.

Presley added, “While our company is new, we’re experienced, expert builders in the Denver market. We’re independent, not publicly traded. We prefer to work one-on-one with our buyers to guide them through an experience that is unmatched and effortless. I know that buying a home is a very emotional experience and I think the biggest difference people will feel at Epic Homes is our higher level of caring and collaboration. We treat this like it’s our family.”

In addition to launching Epic Homes, Presley just completed her term as the first female president of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver. She led the trade association which represents more than 500 home builders, land developers, remodelers, architects, mortgage lenders, building material suppliers and subcontractors in the eight-county Denver metro region.

Prior to forming Epic Homes, she served as the Colorado division president for Meritage Homes Corp., the ninth-largest homebuilder in the U.S. Under her leadership, the Colorado division tripled in size within six years.

Her business partner, Bill Wood, has more than 30 years homebuilding experience including serving as vice president of operations for KB Home, local division president for Richmond American Homes, and as the Colorado division vice president of operations for Meritage Homes.
