Eight more home builders join 2016 Parade of Homes

Eight more Denver area home builders have signed on for the 2016 Denver Parade of Homes bringing the early total to 15 builders who will showcase model, custom and luxury homes in this year’s Parade. New entries include: CalAtlantic Homes, Cardel Homes, Century Communities, DR Horton, Joyce Homes, KB Home, Mountain Property Builders and Shea Homes.

 

The announcement was made today by Karna Pryor, 2016 chair of the Parade of Homes and marketing manager for TRI Pointe Homes.

 

Pryor said, “We’re pleased to have this additional group of quality and experienced home builders joining us for this year’s exciting Parade.”

 

The other confirmed home builders include: Elacora, Jackson Design Build, The Lakes at Centerra, Meritage Homes, Oakwood Homes, TRI Pointe Homes and Wonderland Homes. 

 

The 2016 Denver Parade of Homes will be free and open to the public from August 11 through Labor Day (September 5). Visitors will be able to tour homes showcasing the latest design trends, construction technology, energy efficiency and livability in neighborhoods located throughout the greater Denver metropolitan area. The HBA anticipates listing more than 70 new, designed model homes, custom homes, affordably priced homes and luxury “Dream Homes” in the 2016 Parade.  

 

Pryor added that more new home builders, locations, price ranges and home styles will be announced later, as well as more details about the 2016 Denver Parade of Homes.
