The HBA is excited to announce this year’s Fall General Membership Meeting that will take place on October 27th, at the CU South Denver Campus in Parker (previously known as the Wildlife Experience). In addition to the lively member interaction that is enjoyed by all at the general membership meetings, this event will provide a mix of interesting activities that features the developer meet and great, along the annual land forum, which highlights opportunities within our industry.

This year’s dinner program will feature keynote speaker Jeff Meyers of Meyers Research, LLC.  As a President of Meyers Research, Mr. Meyers brings over 25 years of experience in which time he founded, built, and sold the largest market research company serving the US Homebuilding Industry, The Meyers Group. Jeff specializes in on-going advisory services and manages all consulting assignments for several top ten public home builders through his direct involvement with land acquisition strategies, product development, segmentation, and positioning.

The HAP Awards will also be presented this evening to recognize the top builder in each of the three categories, which includes Best National Production Builder, Best Local Production Builder, and Best Custom Homebuilder. These awards were designed to honor the values of trust, communication, loyalty and ethics with HBA builder members in their business dealings with HBA associate members.  If you haven’t voted for your favorite builders, it’s not too late!
