Denver has been charting among the nation’s biggest home price gains for years, a trend that has priced out many buyers seeking a home in the mid $300,000 range.
But that’s DIRC Homes’ sweet spot.
The urban infill specialist, founded in 2012, made a bet two years ago when it anticipated that the Mile High City’s red-hot real estate market would need new infill properties designed for entry-level customers.
