KEPHART Announces New Associate Principals
 

KEPHART community :: planning :: architecture, a leader in architectural design and land planning, this week announced the promotion of eight team members to the newly created position of Associate Principal.  This promotion recognizes the outstanding contributions these individuals have made to the culture of KEPHART and the excellent level of client service they provide.  In their new role, this next generation of leaders will assume more responsibilities and further advance the KEPHART brand.

The Associate Principals at KEPHART:         

Adam Kantor brings a holistic approach that fully augments the land planning team at KEPHART.  With his design expertise and four-year history with the firm, Adam is known for his community visioning skills and passion for creating great places for people to live, work and play. 

 

Chris Rosepink is passionate about all things related to architecture and technology.  As KEPHART’s IT Manager, and a member of the team since 2007, Chris spearheaded the firm’s transition to Revit and established standards that have cemented KEPHART’s reputation for providing detailed construction drawings.  

 

David Beckner is committed to making an impact on how all people live and has developed a particular interest in designing affordable homes, especially for the aging population. David is actively involved with Housing Colorado, an affordable housing advocacy group, and was recently named as one of ENR’s Top 20 Professionals Under 40. 

 

Jake Kozlowski is currently leading a number of complicated multifamily projects across the country.  With a passion and skill for problem-solving, during his five years at KEPHART, Jake has successfully completed projects of varying scope, with the most challenging being a mid-rise apartment community that spans two municipal jurisdictions.   

 

Jon Webb leads KEPHART’s urban infill design team.  Since starting in 2011, Jon has successfully directed the design of numerous communities including LoHi Central, a luxury urban infill townhome community, which won a prestigious MAME Award for Outstanding Design.

 

Kylee Gurney joined the KEPHART team in 2012. During her tenure, she has overseen the design of numerous multifamily communities including KEPHART’s first high-rise building.  She is actively involved with the ULI of Colorado and the Downtown Denver Partnership to feed her passion for urban place-making.  

 

Nicole Williams leads KEPHART’s Construction Administration team.  Since joining the firm in 2013, Nicole has generously shared her construction savvy and attention to detail.  She is adept at teaching the young professionals at KEPHART how to work with contractors and sub-trades to ensure that design is achieved. 

 

Steve Martinez approaches architectural design with enthusiasm, patience and creativity.  With an interest in architectural materials, Steve is always looking for innovative new ways to design and build.  Since joining the team in 2011, Steve has overseen the design of over a dozen projects including Veranda Highpointe, which has won numerous design awards.
