The Sunday (02-08-15) Denver Post Business Section recognized the impact that builders, such as HBA Member Jackson Design Build, are making in neighborhoods throughout the Metro Denver area.  

 

Scrapes, the demolition of existing older homes in established neighborhoods, replaced by a newly constructed home(s) is not a new practice in Colorado. The Denver Post reports that scrapes "have made a comeback in Denver, driven by people wanting suburban-sized homes in older, urban settings". Builders like David Jackson are able and ready to successfully lead the way in providing product to this niche market.
