HBA Board of Directors Approves Dues and Assessment Cap Increase
First increase in nearly 10 years
 

At the monthly Board of Directors Meeting on October 13th, the Board approved the proposed 2016 Annual Budget.  Significant inclusions to the 2016 Budget  are is an increase in annual membership dues from $795 to $850 per year, and an increase in the permit assessment cap from 200 to 250.  Permit assessment caps will take effect January 1, 2016 and member renewals with anniversary dates on or after January 1st will be billed at the new rate as well. HBA CEO Jeff Whiton notes, “The last increase in Home Builder Association dues or caps was in 2006 - almost 10 years ago.”

The Dues increase also continues to include membership in the Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB) and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), providing industry representation on the state and national level.
