The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) today announced that six major sponsors have joined the 2015 Denver Parade of Homes including Title Sponsor American Furniture Warehouse, along with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, xfinity, Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery, Builders Appliance Center, The Denver Post and REcolorado.  

The 30th annual Parade of Homes opens to the public August 13 and runs through Labor Day (September 7). This year visitors can see 74 new homes ranging in price from $244,000 to more than $2 million all across the metro area from Windsor to Castle Rock, from Arvada to Aurora and everywhere in between.  

Parade homes will be open Thursdays through Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is free.  

Cortney Ridens, regional marketing director for Meritage Homes and chair of the 2015 Parade of Homes, said, “Thanks to the sponsorship and support of these prominent companies who have chosen to partner with us, we are able to continue to offer a free Parade event with more homes in more communities.”  

All Parade homes are for sale and range in style from ranch, townhome and two-story, to traditional and contemporary. They also offer a variety of lifestyles from urban, master planned communities, golf courses and more. The Parade homes demonstrate the latest in decorating, construction technology, architectural concepts and energy efficiency.  

Ridens added that this year’s Parade features 27 national, local and custom home builders which are showcasing new homes in 22 communities throughout the Front Range.
