Denver’s best home builders are honored at HBA’s general membership meeting
 

DENVER, October 31, 2014 – The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) recognized three outstanding Denver-area home builders at its annual general membership meeting and presented them with the industry’s prestigious 2014 HAP Awards (Homebuilder and Associates in Partnership).

 
The winning builders were:
Brookfield Residential for national production builder
Wonderland Homes for local production builder
Celebrity Custom Homes for custom builder
 
“With such a competitive new home market, it is truly an honor to be presented as a winner or nominated as a finalist. The values these builders adhere to not only impact their trade and business partnerships, but also influence their relationships with customers and the community at large. It truly makes a difference who builds your new home and the HBA has just recognized the best in the industry,” said Jeff Whiton, CEO and Executive Vice President of HBA.  
 
More than 300 HBA members attended the general membership meeting, which was held October 28 at the Wildlife Experience in Parker. The 2014 HAP Awards were designed to honor the values of trust, communication, loyalty and ethics with HBA builder members in their business dealings with HBA associate members. 
 
National Production Builder finalists included: D.R. Horton, Oakwood Homes, Shea Homes and Tri-Pointe Homes. Local Production Builder finalists included Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, McStain Neighborhoods, New Town Builders and Village Homes. Finalists in the Custom Builder Category were G.J. Gardner Homes Denver, G.J. Gardner Homes Douglas County, Jackson Design Build, Joyce Homes, Larsen Development Company and Sopris Homes.
