Presales for 41 condos at 155 S. Monaco Parkway has begun, per Peter Kudla and Metropolitan Homes.

Starting at $340,000, the condos are part of the Crestmoor Heights Development in Denver's Hilltop neighborhood.

The most recent part of that development was 25 townhomes, priced from $600,000 to $750,000, all of which have sold.

“There are many people who want to own a condominium in Denver, but prices in the newer developments are skyrocketing and not attainable for most,” said Peter Kudla, of Monaco One Fifty Five. “Our condominiums are more reasonably priced and provide a boutique-style of living in a great location, alongside one of the city’s most cherished parks."

The condos, described as "comfortably-priced" by the Crestmoor Heights development, include one- to two-bedroom plans.

They are expected to finish in November and December.

“These are the perfect condominium homes for people who want to be connected to family, friends, and traditions, while living in a quiet, established Denver neighborhood, with easy-access to life’s conveniences,” said Christine Sheldon, community sales manager at Crestmoor Heights.

In 2014, Kudla purchased the property that the Crestmoor Heights development is on for $1.6 million. Read the whole story by By Kelcey McClung  – Reporter, Denver Business Journal
