The HBA of Metro Denver has opened registration for the 2015 Parade of Homes Industry Night, scheduled August 14th. 

In April, the HBA proudly announced Stepping Stone, a Shea Homes community in Parker as the location for Industry Night, the official kick-off event for the 2015 Denver Parade of Homes. With over 150 acres of open space and trails, Stepping Stone, is the perfect venue for such a lively occasion.

"We´re honored Shea´s Stepping Stone community has been selected as the host community for this year´s Parade of Homes Industry Night celebration, and look forward to hosting our HBA industry colleagues in this magnificent environment," said Chetter Latcham, Colorado Division President for Shea Homes.

During the event, Shea Homes will showcase four new models from their Spaces Discovery Collection. In past years, this exciting event has yielded nearly 1,000 HBA builders and members alike, this year attendance will likely increase. 

Industry Night is the official launch to the Parade of Homes tour that takes place August 13th through Labor Day. This summer tradition has been a staple in our industry, showcasing designed models and custom homes to the public. For over two decades, many home builders and developers have enjoyed the promotional benefits the Parade has offered, becoming a big part of their sales and marketing strategy.
