The HBA hosts several events throughout the year that range from showcasing homebuilders' homes to highlighting the latest products and services associate members offer homebuilders. Whether for the public or the industry, these special events offer tremendous networking opportunities for those who serve on the committees — and great visibility to both HBA industry members and homebuyers themselves. 

Parade of Homes

The Parade of Homes is the biggest event of the year for the HBA and homebuilders who participate in it. From innovative design to technological trends and decorating ideas, the Denver metro community counts on the Parade every summer to give them the information — and 'wow' factor — they've come to expect to make their best buying decisions.

Builder Product EXPO

One afternoon each spring, the Associate Member Council brings homebuilders, developers, service and product suppliers together for the Builder Product EXPO, where associate members feature their latest products and services to homebuilder, remodeling and developer members. Flatirons Tour of Homes

The Flatirons Tour of Homes is a scattered-site home tour that highlights the design and construction of homebuilders and remodelors  in the Boulder/Longmont and surrounding areas. Presented by the North Metro Building Council, homebuyers flock to the Tour to gather great ideas about decorating, remodeling and landscaping in a style that's unique to Colorado's lifestyle.

MAME Awards

The most prestigious honor that's awarded to professionals in the new homebuilding industry, the MAME Awards recognize excellence in all disciplines and talents that are instrumental in designing, building, merchandising and selling new homes. Presented by the Sales and Marketing Council, the MAME Awards recognize excellence in all aspects of the industry. 

CARE Awards

Focused solely on the remodeling industry, the Colorado Awards for Remodeling Excellence is the biggest awards program in Colorado. Presented by the HBA Remodelers Council, the Care Awards recognize excellence in design and construction of residential and light commercial remodeling and renovation projects.
