Council Board
The Council Board links HBA Council leaders with its mission to build and sustain a welcoming, diverse and inclusive community. Comprised of the leadership from all HBA Councils, the Council welcomes new members to the association and helps create an open and collaborative environment that cultivates member participation. The Council Board is responsible for supporting and coordinating the Council events calendar and topics of the Councils' various activities.
Associate Member Council
The Associate Member Council connects associate members with home builders. All associate members of the HBA of Metro Denver are automatically AMC members. The Council strives to provide educational forums and networking events that bring builders and associates together such as the Annual Builder Product Expo. This is a high energy group that is one of the backbones of the HBA.
Custom Builder & Remodeler Council
The Custom Builder & Remodeler Council is a group of building professionals that seeks progress and prosperity for the Custom Home Builder, Remodeler, and Aging in Place Market. Our proactive approach to education and recognition in the Denver Home Building Industry will provide a fresh perspective to the way you conduct business today and in the future. Council membership includes NAHB affilliation with your choice of the National Remodelers Council or National 55+ Council.
North Metro Building Council
The North Metro Building Council represents HBA members and the industry in the northern quadrant of the Denver metro area. This council offers a great opportunity to develop contacts and relationships with homebuilders, suppliers and subcontractors who work in Boulder and Broomfield counties, as well as Northglenn and Thornton.
Sales & Marketing Council
The Sales & Marketing Council connects members and provides a forum to exchange ideas, develop professional skills, give recognition and celebrate successes within the industry. Through innovative educational programs and networking events, the SMC provides valuable tools for sales and marketing professionals that result in a smarter, stronger homebuilding industry. This Council will appeal to those members who are involved in selling and marketing new homes. The Council is an affiliate of the NAHB Council, NSMC.
Professional Women in Building
The Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver Professional Women in Building Council represents women who are actively involved in all aspects of the building industry - as builders, developers, remodelers, suppliers, architects, marketing experts, interior designers, Realtors, mortgage lenders and trade contractors. The Council is an affiliate of the NAHB PWB Council.
Trade Council
The Trade Council was created to further curriculum regarding construction skills development and to engage trade organizations in finding solutions to the top issues currently facing trade partners. The Trade Council is an emerging Council made up of trade partners and industry leaders. For more information contact, Chair Devin Bundy.
Young Leaders Council
The HBA of Metro Denver Young Leaders Council is dedicated to promoting, enhancing and supporting young leaders within the industry. We will do this by:
- Providing professional development resources.
- Encouraging career development within the industry and recognition.
- Promoting and supporting community involvement.
- Providing networking opportunities with leaders in every facet of the industry.
