With almost 600 attendees and 50 sponsors, the annual Grapes & Galleries fundraiser raised over $70,000 to support the Home Builders Foundation (HBF). 

Despite the torrential rain, this year’s Grapes & Galleries was the most successful to date with both the highest attendance, nearly 600 attendees, and the most raised, over $70,000. The funds raised at this event allow the HBF to approve and complete accessible home modification projects for individuals with a disability and financial need. Typical projects include widening doorways, remodeling bathrooms to be barrier-free and installing wheelchair ramps. All projects are done at no cost to the recipients.

Thanks to collaboration with the Cherry Creek Arts District, the tasting tour was expanded to 15 locations. The tasting stops at this year’s event included: Show of Hands, Le Creuset, Revampt, Ten Thousand Villages, Nora’s Retro, The Artisan Center, Gallerie Rouge, Luca Décor, Tam O’Neills Fine Arts, Mangelsen – Images of Nature, Elizabeth Lindsay Creations (Token Tags), The Robert Anderson Gallery, Saks Galleries Cherry Creek, Aspen Art Gallery and the Philadelphia Print Shop West. Wine for the tasting was donated by long-time partner The Vineyard Wine Shop and their distributors Southern Wine & Spirits and Wine CRU. Food was donated by Stoney’s Bar & Grill, Tony P’s, Pho on 6th and Little Ollies.
