With homes in neighborhoods throughout Metro Denver from Berthoud to Castle Rock and Arvada to Aurora, and neighboring communities in Winter Park, the 2017 Parade of Homes is gearing up for a phenomenal year. We are excited to announce that 23 Denver area home builders and developers have committed to join the Parade, and entries are still coming in.

Joining the 2017 Parade are:

This year’s Parade anticipates showcasing more than 60 newly designed model homes and communities, including 8 luxury Dream Homes. As a home showcase summer tradition, the Parade is a must-go-to local home show and design houses tour. In 2016, more than 100,000 people attended the Parade over the course of four weekends. 

“The Parade is a fantastic opportunity for builders and developers to showcase their homes and get in front of their target audience,” said Karna Pryor, 2017 chair of the Parade of Homes and marketing manager for TRI Pointe Homes. “And it’s not too late for you to join in the success story of the 2017 Parade of Homes, late entries are still being accepted, but that window to participate is going to close at the end of June.”

The 2017 Denver Parade of Homes will be free and open to the public from Thursday, Aug. 10, 2017 through Labor Day (Monday, Sept. 4, 2017). During this time, the Parade will be held on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
