The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver is excited to announce the location and invite you to register for Industry Night, the official kick-off event for the 2017 Denver Parade of Homes. This year, enjoy life at the lake during Industry Night at SouthShore.

 

During the event, American Furniture Warehouse, the Parade of Homes’ title sponsor, will showcase its Parade Inspiration decor and styling. In past years, this must-attend event has yielded more than 1,000 HBA builders, developers and members alike, this year an even larger audience is anticipated. Industry Night will take place on Friday, Aug. 11, 2017. Registration to attend the event is NOW OPEN - don’t miss the biggest Home Building Industry party of the year! 

 

Industry Night is the official launch to the Parade of Homes tour that takes place August 10 through Labor Day. With homes in neighborhoods throughout Metro Denver from Windsor to Castle Rock and Arvada to Aurora, and neighboring communities in Winter Park, the 2017 Parade of Homes is gearing up for a phenomenal year. In its 32nd year, the 2017 Parade of Homes will showcase two master plan communities, more than 60 homes and eight “Dream Homes.” 

 

For more than three decades, Denver-area home builders and developers have enjoyed the promotional benefits the Parade has offered, becoming a big part of their sales and marketing strategy. “The Parade of Homes introduces its participating builders and developers to potential and future home buyers,” said Karna Pryor, 2017 chair of the Parade of Homes and marketing manager for TRI Pointe Homes. “The exposure we receive from the Parade ultimately yields great results for the builders involved as we develop new leads and future sales.”
