The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) Installation and Recognition Reception held an exciting celebration in early December that drew more than 150 prominent builders, developers and associate members in the industry.

The newly elected president Craig Campbell and 2016 Board of Directors were installed during the event.  The new Executive Committee includes: President - Craig Campbell, Starwood Land Ventures; Vice President-Karl Knapp, CVL Consultants; Vice President-Secretary, Scott Moberg, Joyce Homes; Vice President-Treasure, Gary Okonowski, DR Horton; Angela Harris, Trio Environments; and Dan Merciez, Boise Cascade.

Nine other builder directors were elected, in addition to the executive committee. They include: Cheryl Schuette, Larsen Development; Pat Hamill, Oakwood Homes; Peter Benson, Koelbel & Co.; John Vitella, Century Communities; Matt Mandino, KB Home; James Spehalski, Marathon Land; Bill Rectanus, Thrive Home Builders; Scott Sinelli, David Weekley Homes; and Eric Eckberg.
