October 6, 2014 - Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D. often called the “stand-up economist” will keynote the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver’s Annual Meeting. The event will be held at 6:00 p.m., October 28th, at The Wildlife Experience, 10035 S Peoria St., Parker, Colo. 80134

Dr. Eisenberg is a nationally acclaimed economist and public speaker known for poking fun at the arcana and minutia of economics. “I talk about economics without boring you to death,” he says.

Eisenberg also created the multifamily stock index (the first nationally recognized index to track the total return of public firms principally involved in the ownership and management of apartments). He’s authored more than 85 articles, serves on the Expert Advisory Board of Mortgage Market Guide and regularly consults with real estate associations, hedge funds and investment advisory groups.

He earned a B.A. in economics with first class honors from McGill University, Montreal; as well as a Masters and Ph.D. in public administration from Syracuse University, New York.
