We all know her!  The one who seems to be a fixture on a committee, running the (fill in the blank) council, sitting on the board, or getting out the tool box to fix a faulty door handle around the office. She can be found at the front desk, or in the back office crunching numbers, she is employed by every HBA Associate or Builder member. She is smart, successful and commanding her place. Women are winning awards and running companies.  The face of the homebuilding industry is expanding.  The ladies are being elected to posts previously and often exclusively held by gentlemen.
