The Home Builders And Associates in Partnership (HAP) Award was created to encourage and honor the values of trust, communication, loyalty and ethics with the HBA builder members in their business dealings with HBA associate members. All Associate members were surveyed between May and September on these criteria.

The HAP award recognizes the top builder in each of the three categories: Best National Production Builder, Best Local Production Builder, and Best Custom Homebuilder. The 2016 HAP Awards were presented at the General Membership Meeting on October 25th. The HAP Award Winners were:

Best National Production Builder – TRI Pointe Homes

The winner of this year’s HAP Award in the National Production Builder Category is no stranger to home building on a national level; they currently operate in several markets across North America. Not only are they a leader in innovative architectural design, this builder is also known for their development of inspiring communities over the last three decades. Today, this builder can be found in numerous locations across the Denver Metro Area. They also have an outstanding management team with decades of experience in the Denver market. This builder not only exemplifies the characteristics of loyalty and ethical consideration, but the associates hold this builder with the highest regard of integrity. Best Local Production Builder – McStain Neighborhoods

Currently building in Denver and Northern Colorado, this small, local builder has been building award-winning homes in timeless Denver neighborhoods for many years.
