The Denver Professional Women in Building Council (PWB), is excited to announce three individual scholarships valued at $400 each, available to PWB members.  These scholarships are part of the Building Hope Scholarship Fund provided by the NAHB Professional Women in Building Council, which offers women educational assistance and a wonderful opportunity to further their professional development. 

 

The Denver PWB Chapter became eligible for these scholarships, based on three categories that were awarded during the NAHB PWB annual luncheon at the International Builder’s Show in January. They include the following:

 

• Spike award for PWB Spike Rookie of the Year

• PWB Council of the Year Award

• Innovative Programs - 1st Place award

 

PWB members can apply today! Simply tell us why you would be a good a candidate, based on your professionalism and promise as a future leader in our community. These scholarship funds can be used toward tuition and books for courses at our new Metro Denver HBA University or other fees related to ongoing education in the home building industry.

 

Eligibility for the scholarships includes the following criteria:

• A Denver PWB Member in good standing. 

• PWB Members who are enrolled in a college, university or trade school in a course related to the homebuilding industry 

• PWB Members who are taking continuing education courses in the homebuilding industry, including CSP, MIRM, Certified Graduate Builder and Remodeler, Registered Builder Program or other related courses
