Cindy Hart, Branch Manager of the Denver location of Boise Cascade BMD , will retire on May 1, 2015.

Cindy has 35 years of service with BMD in Denver.  She joined Boise Cascade in 1979, as a temporary employee.  After many years in the Administrative Department, including a role as Denver’s Administrative Manager, she became the Assistant Branch Manager in 1989 and in 2006 became the Denver Branch Manager.

Cindy has provided exceptional leadership over the last 9 years.  Through the downturn and recovery, the Denver branch has been among the division leaders in sales, profits and returns.  Cindy has also earned the respect of Boise’s vendors, customers and competitors in the Denver market.  She is an active member of Mountain States Lumber Dealers Association and was formally recognized as All-Star for 2010-2012 and named Lumberman of the Year in 2012.  Cindy also has been an active member in the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, The Home Builders Foundation, and is one of the inaugural members of the Denver chapter of Professional Women in Building.
