Conservatory Green, Stapleton's first neighborhood north of I-70, has posted 477 sales since it opened last spring, which exceeds expectations Forest City Stapleton had for the development, according to Inside Real Estate News. Builders in the community include Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, David Weekley Homes, Infinity Home Collection, KB Home, New Town Builders, Parkwood Homes, Standard Pacific Homes and Wonderland Homes.

Homes range in price from the $150s - $800s, which include townhomes with main floor masters for baby boomers, duplexes for young professionals and large single family homes for growing families. 

John Leigh, COO of Forest City Stapleton, said, "Each time we launch a new neighborhood in Stapleton, we accept a challenge to advance Stapleton's reputation as a thoughtfully planned, sustainable community that enhances the quality of life for its residents. Conservatory Green is well on its way to meeting that challenge."
