Brookfield Residential models at Brighton Crossing will be unveiled at the homebuilder's Grand Opening June 7 from 10-4. The models, at 74 S. 45th Ave., offer an innovative multi-entry garage within an Urban Farmhouse design — and prices that start in the mid-$200s.

The garages offer drive through access for homeowners who need storage for their outdoor vehicles and can enter them through the street or the alley in the back. The Urban Farmhouse features board-and-batten siding, with roof pitches to complement the architectural style. 

Brookfield has six floor plans at Brighton Crossing, ranging between 1,622 and 2,300 sq ft. "We can boldly say that homebuyers will find nothing like our products in the entire Denver market," observed Perry Cadman, vice president of housing. "We gave careful consideration to the lifestyles of the people who tend to prefer to live in this area, and we designed our homes accordingly," he added.
