Home Builders Foundation finishes 20 projects since last May

The Home Builders Foundation, the charity of choice for the Denver HBA, has completed more than 20 accessible home modifications since it began a partnership with the National Fair Housing Alliance last May. These modifications were made for deserving Denver residents and thanks to the HBF's unique resources, the projects were completed for less than $60,000, yet provided a value of more than $116,000. The HBF receives financial support through its partnership with the NFHA, and continues to review and approve projects.

Speaking of projects, at its gifting meeting in early April, the HBF reviewed 17 applications; four were approved and the rest were deferred for more followup. Read more about the Metro Denver Home Builders Foundation.
