Osmosis architecture received a Special Award of Excellence at the 2014 Nationals for its work with HomeAid Colorado on the Clermont Commons project. Since 2010, osmosis architecture has been working with HomeAid Colorado and the Volunteers of America to complete the three homes in the project to serve homeless female veterans.
The first home was built by Wonderland Homes, New Town Builders built the second home and Berkeley Homes built the third home. These three homes marked HomeAid's 41st, 42nd and 43rd projects — and the fifth project osmosis architecture designed.
