Four more builders join '14 Parade of Homes

Brookfield Residential, Celebrity Homes, Lennar Homes and McStain Neighborhoods will showcase their homes at the 2014 Parade of Homes. Last year, more than 100,000 people Paraded through 71 homes in 18 cities throughout metro Denver.

The Parade of Homes will be open to the public August 7 - September 1 (Labor Day), and anticipates showing more than 70 never-lived-in homes from Aurora to Central City, and Loveland to Castle Rock.

Cortney Ridens, 2014 Parade chair and regional marketing director for Meritage Homes, said, "This year's Parade is shaping up to be another exciting of gret new homes to see. It's a great opportunity to get a sneak peek at what's new in homebuilding, explore new neighborhoods and get decorating ideas for homeowners' current homes — or the ones they plan to buy."
