NAHB awarded Brookfield Residential a gold award in its Best American Living Awards Green category at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas for Brookfield's ultra-energy efficient Passive House in the Midtown at Clear Creek neighborhood.

NAHB also recognized Brookfield Residential with an honorable mention in the category, Project of the Year — Single Family Production.
