Markel Homes Construction Company — along with Coast to Coast Residential Development Corp. — broke ground on a 10-acre parcel in north Boulder near Kalmia Ave., east of Sale Lake. Kalmia38 will offer 57 architecturally diverse and energy efficient single family homes on 38 prime lots. The community also will include duplexes and townhomes. Built to the latest EnergyStar® and Indoor airPlus® certifications, Kalmia38 homes will range in price from the $700s for duplexes to $1.25 million for single family homes.
