As 2017 came to an end the HBA of Metro Denver Trade Council is very optimistic about the progress made with the Job Site Readiness Handbook (JRH). The JRH is a collaborative working handbook that is intended to create a successful job site for all parties involved. Collaboration of the handbook included the brainstorming of many different trades, and is consistently being improved through the quarterly builder round tables hosted by the Trade Council. We look forward to the progress and adoption of the JRH in 2018.. Stay Tuned for more information

2017 proved to be a great year for Trade Council Chair Stewart Miller. Stewart was awarded the Associate of the year award for his leadership and participation in the trade council since its inception. Stewart is credited for the creation of the Job site Readiness checklist which proved to be a huge win for the Trade Council. As he steps down as Chair the Trade Council would also like to take this time to Thank him for all his time and dedication to the council. Stewart will continue to sit on the council lending his support to the new board members.
