Former President of Larsen Development is now Principal of Cheryl Schuette & Associates. My new company membership enables my continued role as a builder member and BOD positions with the HBA and PWB.
After over three years working with Larsen Development Company on a great number of beautiful Design/Build Custom Urban Homes, I have left my daily building operations role with custom clientele. and I am currently providing consulting and project level services to builders and associates of the HBA.
I am grateful for the time and ideas shared with so many of my good friends in home building over the past couple of months! I am pleased to already have four assignments with housing industry clients.
I am spending a good share of my time working with Michael Smith at Colorado Homebuilding Academy. The Academy is a collaborative, industry-driven non-profit training organization created to solve the construction industry's need for motivated and skilled workers - providing-hands on learning for youth and adults. Let's Work Together on this important issue!
I am pleased to be available to share my 35+ years of engaged and successful housing experience with my fellow HBA Members through consultancy, coaching and project level tasks.

Ileana has been part of the Moen team for 3 ½ years and has earned the respect and admiration of both customers and peers alike. Anyone who knows Ileana sees a dedicated, effective, professional, collaborative and hard-working sales person that is proud of her work at Moen.
Ileana began her career at Moen as a Territory Manager in the Colorado Pool and has been working in our industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Moen Ileana worked for Ferguson Enterprises, Merillat/Quality Cabinets and as a consultant to designers in our industry where she was very successful.
Ileana is a Circle of Excellence winner, she is currently part of the board of directors for the Professional Women in Building Council (PWB). She has served on a number of collaboration teams within in Moen. In addition to these accomplishments Ileana has taken the lead to represent Moen in the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado (HCC) where she has made a very positive impact connecting these members to the Moen Brand.
