Experience in the Industry?

I began my career in new home sales in November of 2004.  Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work for 3 separate builders in 16 different communities.  I’ve enjoyed working with many different buyer profiles in a wide range of price, style and locations.  

What do you love about new home sales?

I love being a part of such an important decision in people’s lives.  Whether it’s their first home, last home, (or somewhere in between) it’s always a significant milestone for the people I’m working with.  I feel their excitement and I gain a lot of satisfaction from guiding them through the challenges that are sometimes associated with construction.   

What do you do when you’re not at work?

I’ve been married to the love of my life for 16 years and I’m a very proud father of a teenage son and pre-teen daughter.  We love Colorado, and we spend as much time outdoors as possible.  We love to ride bikes, go on camping trips, and head to the slopes in the winter.  

Anything else about you we should know?

1. I use way too many movie quotes in everyday conversation.
2. I’m a “foodie”!  I love to go to new restaurants in Denver and when I’m traveling.  I also love to cook. 
3. I am very proud to be a Colorado native!
